Set up replies and opt-outs
Replies require an inbound virtual mobile number, called a longcode, and the pricing page gives no rental price. Free replies do not mean a free number, so get that cost in writing before you budget for two-way campaigns.
The support guide covers imports as CSV, XLS or XLSX, an opt-out list under Contacts > Manage Opt-outs Lists, and single or CSV opt-out additions with country codes.
