Australian presence Tier 2: Registered AU entity

A global company with a registered Australian entity, office, or support presence, even though its head office is overseas. How we classify this.

Sending under your own brand name also depends on the ACMA SMS Sender ID Register, separate from this site's own scoring. What the register requires.

What Infobip publishes instead of a rate

Infobip publishes no Australian per-message rate that maps onto a monthly volume, so this page carries no rate table and no cost calculator. Putting a figure here would mean quoting a price Infobip does not publish. What it does publish is below.

"Not published" means the provider states nothing either way on its Australian pages. It is not the same as "No", and this page does not turn one into the other.

A global platform, run in Australia from a shared office

Infobip is a large communications platform, founded in Zagreb, Croatia in 2006 and now selling into most of the world. It reaches Australian numbers, but it is not built as a self-serve gateway for a small business sending a monthly SMS run: its own marketing describes an omnichannel platform spanning SMS, WhatsApp, voice and email, aimed at enterprises that want one vendor across several channels rather than one provider for text messages alone.

Its Sydney office sits inside a WeWork building, Level 12 at 64 York Street. That is a real Australian presence, which is why this review carries a Tier 2 classification, but it is a flexible shared office rather than a large dedicated site, and it says nothing about how many staff work from it. No Australian dollar rate is published on Infobip's own pages: enterprise pricing here is by quote, and a business wanting a number to compare against a gateway's published cents-per-message rate will not find one.
