Edgility is itself a trading name of Fonelinc Pty Ltd (ABN 88 092 285 955), a much older company registered in 2000, which later adopted Edgility as its trading name.
That is a relationship worth stating precisely rather than compressing into "touchSMS used to be called Fonelinc": they are two separate ABN-registered entities, one 13 years younger than the other, connected by a compliance and aggregation arrangement rather than shared ownership or a rename.
